KPKO Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide for Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between KPKO ("we", "us", "Platform") and each individual who uses this website ("Member", "you"). KPKO provides online betting and gaming services through the kpko.ws domain.

The following are definitions of key terms used throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" Refers to KPKO's website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "Member" Refers to any registered user who holds an active KPKO account.
• "Balance" Refers to the funds held in a member's account balance.
• "Bonus" Refers to any promotional credits or free spins awarded by KPKO.
• "Wagering Requirement" Refers to the wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

To become a member of KPKO, you must meet the following requirements. If any of these requirements are not met, KPKO reserves the right to close your account at any time.

2.1 Age & Eligibility

• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Each individual may only register one account.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information may result in KPKO closing your account without notice and confiscating any deposited funds.

2.3 KYC (Identity Verification)

Prior to withdrawal, and at any time, KPKO may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport copy
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., proof of bKash number)
• A selfie holding your photo ID

The following rules must be observed for all deposits and withdrawals at KPKO.

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using third-party accounts or borrowed cards is strictly prohibited.
• KPKO reserves the right to decline any deposit without providing a reason.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–72 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 cannot be processed without KYC verification.

KPKO offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

4.1 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must meet a specified wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Live Casino bets typically count at 20% towards wagering requirements.
• All Sports Betting wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.80.
• Any bonus not completed by the expiry date will be automatically cancelled.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per person.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus using a VPN or proxy will result in the bonus being voided.
• KPKO reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Bets may not be accepted after an event has already started.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• If a market closes due to a technical issue, KPKO reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• KPKO reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly published odds.

5.2 Casino & Live Games

• Each game is governed by its own rules as set by the respective game provider.
• KPKO is not liable for any game interruptions caused by technical errors.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KPKO. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse — including fictitious betting or any attempt to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate KPKO's systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or facilitating access for minors.

KPKO may suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a terms & conditions violation.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or provision of false information.
• Upon the member's own request to close their account.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).

7.1 Member's Right to Self-Exclusion

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all available balances before closing. Once the account is closed, all unused bonuses will be forfeited.

KPKO will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party service failures, such as payment gateway issues.
• Unexpected technical errors or server outages.
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or sharing your account credentials with others.
